Are You Real ID-Compliant?

Starting May 7, 2025, travelers aged 18+ will need a REAL ID-compliant card to pass through airport security nationwide. Certain conditions for exceptions may apply before the full rollout, but it’s wise to get your REAL ID early to avoid delays.

AA Cites Errors with NDC Roll-out

Airline distribution has been put through the ringer ever since the advent of New Distribution Capability (NDC). American Airlines (AA) led the charge with little flexibility. Now backing off from its strategy, AA will make content available for all platforms for the foreseeable future, including legacy technology. They are no longer differentiating between earning AAdvantage miles by booking channel either. NDC is here to stay but it appears it may be a kinder, gentler implementation. Read on.

2024 Domestic Business Travel Projected at $442M

 

While 2024 numbers are still rolling in, domestic business travel volume is projected to be $442 million for the year, about 95 percent of 2019 levels.

It's expected to surpass pre-pandemic levels by 2026.

 

And while U.S. Travel predicts that business travel will continue to grow year-over-year through 2027, it may be at declining numbers each year. Interested in the data? Check it out
