NDC Update:
NDC content from AA was launched on Monday, and we are beginning to see the impacts during content testing. Thus far:
- NDC content has had minimal impact on fares that are normally within corporate policy.
- Deem and Concur will not have technologies to support NDC until later in the month (April 19th at the earliest)
- We're currently testing NDC content and technologies to facilitate them through our call center team, as well as scheduling to train our staff to support NDC products.
